Yes. Just drain and refill with the same amount. Do not flush it.
Do I change the filter also or just the fluid?
Change the filter too.
Does it run OK? If it does, you risk the transmission will start slipping if you change the fluid.
If you don't change the filter, then the transmission will eventually stop shifting. Which is worse? You can always just put the fluid back in.

OK so filter gets changed. Usually you exchange some fluid when you exchange the filter.
change the fluid, add new fluid. MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE OLD FLUID SOMEWHERE. And then change the filter. In the situation of slipping accuring you might want the old fluid to be there. Do not flush it.
