Hey Scotty, I’ve got a ‘07 Lexus GS350 w/144,000 miles on the ODO. I’m not sure if the trans fluid has ever been changed. I know this model (I suppose along with any) can begin to get upset, if it’s gone too long without inspection.
At this point, still shifting just fine, aside with some very slight hesitation (for a Lexus) when coming to a stop (<20mph). Better to do a flush or should I just begin cycles of draining and filling at certain intervals, essentially picking up at this point where the previous owners may have cut corners years ago? Will that do anything good!? Thanks Scotty!!

Just do the drain and refill.
