Transmission Fluid change or not with 166,000 miles?

Scotty, I need your help. My car has the Aisin AWTF-80 6speed automatic transmission with 166k miles. All my research on it says it is supposed to be sealed for its life and never serviced. I'm not having any trouble with it, but I don't know if I should change the fluid in it or not. My owners manual says don't touch it, the internet says don't touch it and no mechanic has ever mentioned touching it.

All that being said, should I change the transmission fluid in it?

Don't flush. Drain and measure what comes out then put the same amount back in. Assuming it doesn't have any leaks.

Check the fluid color. If it is dark, just drain and fill it. Do not flush it.

And just because they say "lifetime fluid" doesn't mean that you shouldn't change it. That's like sealing an engine and saying it's lifetime oil...where the life of the engine depends on the oil life itself! As Scotty says it best "The lifetime of what? Until the transmission goes out from not changing the fluid?! HAHAHAH".
