Transmission issue noisy torque converter

Hi Scotty, I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado with a 6cylinder 4speed auto trans. It has 90,000 miles now but also made the noise when I bought it at 40,000mi. The problem I am having is the trans makes noise, clanging, sounds like the torque converter is rattling. Mostly happens at lower speeds, accelerating may stop it. It seems as though the pressure is not building up properly. It does eventually and the noise goes away when I go on long rides. for a long time I would put it in trailer mode and the noise would be minimal. I have changed the fluid/filter and solenoids in case they were the issue. Otherwise the trans shifts fine. but the rpms may drop down when overdrive kicks in causing a chatter. I have brought the truck to garages but most mechanics are apprehensive to repair it. I might change the Torque converter myself to get it done. My question it is, Is what I am describing typical signs of a bad torque converter? Low pressure and clanging? Thanks in advance...

Have you checked to see if the bolts holding the torque converter to the flex plate have worked loose?
