We have a 2010 Toyota Rav with 150,000mi. and automatic trans we bought in June 2021. I've been a shade tree mechanic for 50+ years. Event 1: the trans wings twice on shift change then engages. Event 2: trans goes neutral on a 3rd gear shift Error code clutch solenoid. Event 3: Towed home. Transmission operates in forward and reverse when loading on dolly. Event 4: Request mechanic change black but not burnt trans fluid and filter. Event 5: Mechanic in error does a trans flush instead. Event 6: Transmission functions for 70 miles then makes scratchy noise and no function 6 times when pulling away from a stop sign. Now, no scratchy and non-functioning and no error codes with "Fixd" bluetooth. Plugged solenoid? Your videos have been a hit for years! They have been very helpful.
