My 2002 corolla with 1.4vvti has had no problem. But as I was driving my trip computer was showing from 21- 34Litre/10km which is way to much. However it is only when I start to go away in 1-2 gear. It was not that high before im certain. It goes back to normal when I go crusising in higher gears. No lights are showing and I dont hear anything special with the engine except a ticking noise Im not sure if it was there before though. The ticking is coming from the airfilter box area. Please help me and give me some tips or issjes it can be. Thanks before hand! 🙂
Well obviously there's some kind of electronic flow I would ignore it those trip computers cost Fortune to repair when I have mileage and things built into them I would need more about it but ticking noise so make a video on YouTube and post it here and I'll listen to it often those things will get some valve ticking us they age
