Misfire only when cold 2003 Honda CR-V

Hello,

I drive a 2003 Honda CR-V EX automatic transmission with 200,426 miles. I already changed the spark plugs, ignition coils, knock sensor, cleaned MAP sensor, fixed vacuum leak at air filter, changed PCV valve, and checked for intake leaks using smoke but found nothing. I have noticed that I only get the related P0301 code pending before it becomes a confirmed code. I live in California and it is fall season seeing temperatures from 60 degrees to 40 degrees. When I start my engine cold at 40 degrees coming home from work at 9-11 PM, I would get a pending code if not the check engine light would flash intermittently for a brief moment before staying solid. It always starts with a P0301 code pending before I would get the other misfire codes (e.g. P0300, P030X codes). However, when I start my engine when it is warmer during the day like around 12 - 3 PM, I would not get these misfires at all. One thing to point out is that I do get slight misfires and I don't have a problem accelerating at all. My car doesn't idle roughly or have any misfires during high speeds on the freeway going 70+ mph.I decided to never get gas from the cheap gas station again and will get gas at big named brands like Valero, Chevron, Shell, BP, etc. I did try to use Chevron Techron Fuel Injector and drove it for almost 100 miles but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. I just recently made this decision and have yet to see the long term effects of using fuel with high amounts of detergent. I thought about using Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System cleaner to clean my intake valves and other related fuel parts. I have read somewhere that it could be carbon build up on the intake valves, and considering that I have been using cheap gas The last thing I want to do is get my intake valves and fuel injectors carbon cleaned. I do think it is a fuel issue because I use cheap gasoline at some unknown brand close to my house.

Please help.

Try swapping the #1 fuel injector with one of the other fuel injectors and see if the miss follows the injector. Replace injector if it does.
