I have a 2010 Chevy equinox LT I want to put a turbo charger inside it. Is it possible? Or maybe a super charger?

turbocharging a low end SUV that already has reliability problems is a terrible idea.

Anything is possible with enough money and custom fabrication. There's a good chance of blowing up your engine in short order since they're not very strong in those vehicles to begin with and not likely to hold up under the additional pressure and stress. Ditto for the transmission and drivetrain.
