Scotty,
I found a gas station selling “unleaded 88” for 5 cents cheaper than standard 87 octane.. what’s the benefits and cons of using unleaded 88 compared to regular? It says any vehicle ‘01 or newer can use it. What are your thoughts on it?
I don’t know the answer to your question, but I do have a deep abiding appreciation for your username👍👍👍🪕

all gasoline is unleaded for the last 50 years or so
It might be cheaper because it's ethanol blended. No significant benefit but mowers don't like it.

ethanol doesn't like aluminum and rubber
down here the gas stations sell the heck out of non-ethanol gas for the boaters, harley guys, and anyone with small engines like generators
