Hey Scotty, why don’t pickup trucks use V10 engines instead of V8 engines? Won’t they be reliable?

Dodge had V10's until '03 and Ford til '19. Lot of torque but about 9 mpg on a good day.

And expensive as all get out to repair, as I recall

Because they're too expensive and a nightmare to work on.

GMC used to make a V12 engine but it was not offered in light-duty pickups.

Cost, worse fuel economy, packaging constraints, more complexity, etc., make it unviable.  Even the V8’s are headed for the chopping block soon.

V10's are not for practical applications. Too expensive to maintain.

Why on earth is Suzuki in the same list as Ferrari?!

😂Suzuki is same as Honda and Toyota. They also make SUVs and Sedans. If we can put Honda, Toyota, BMW along with Ferrari, you can put Suzuki as well. 🤨😁

Well, BMW is going down with them. So we are even.

😂👍🏻
