Vehicle rough idling (when coming to a stop sign/light)

Hello,

I have a 2002 Chevy trailblazer LS with the straight6 vortec engine, 195,000 miles. Had spark plugs changed, ignition coils, air filter, oil filter, oil, fuel pump, fuel filter. There are no codes or check engine light.

Whenever we are in park or drive, the vehicle acts like it wants to stall, and when the vehicle is parked and the AC is turned on, it gets worse. We had a mechanic check for vacuum leaks and they found none. We cleaned the throttle body and it helped for a while but it's doing it again.

Well I would say check the fuel injectors. They might not be spraying, right? If it has no vacuum leaks that would mean it's not getting the right amount of fuel and old fuel injectors that are worn out often do that

Should I just add fuel injector cleaner and see how it goes?

Scotty typically answers questions once and doesn't revisit them. The answer to your question is yes, try adding a bottle of fuel injector cleaner first.
