Weak brakes on a 2008 Odyssey

Hi -

I’m looking to resolve a weak / fading brake pedal feel on a 2008 Honda Odyssey at 165k miles.

The fade results in a long period of time to stop.

I replaced the following:

- all 4 rotors

- all 4 sets of pads

- master cylinder

- first replaced brake fluid with Honda Brake Fluid

- then upgraded brake fluid to ATE original TYP 200 / DOT 4 (higher quality recommended over Honda OEM fluid)

- replaced the OEM rubber portion of the brake lines with Goodridge steel braided lines (recommended due to the rubber lines swelling)

Have NOT replaced:

- calipers

- brake booster, though I have one ready to install. Doesn’t seem as though it will help, but willing to put it in to and try if recommended

Other:

- Made the mistake of asking the dealer to check on recall 10V098000 ( https://www.arfc.org/autos/honda/odyssey/recalls/000035417000359635000000087/recall.aspx) Dealer claimed vehicle was not affected; even though I noted the above work I completed, dealer still wanted to replace various parts at an estimate of $2k. This was checked 3 years ago

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Well as the eggs a lot to get a little bit of fade Toyota's do that too. Normally it is the booster wearing somewhat. If you replace the brake master cylinder and it made no difference and you're sure you don't have any air in the system. Generally it's the booster
