I have a used 2013 silver Scion xD. It was purchased back in 2013 at a Toyota dealership in Miami. Everything looked great and it works like a charm, however, within a few months, I noticed a yellow stain on the passenger side door. With further inspection, I noticed cracks in the door where the stains were. I sent it to get painted, not knowing really what it was. After a while the yellow stain came back. Should I replace the door completely? Seems like the cracks in the door are allowing rust to get in, yellowing it. Thanks and have a nice day!

It is because of the UV exposure under the sun. You may use UV protectant spray after you clean it.
