I know this may sound a dumb question but is to many option and I want to not buy a piece of crap that may destroy the engine. Is the first time when I change the timing belt.Thank you so much

I can’t give direct advice, because I don’t have first hand knowledge of all the brands mentioned.  But maybe I can talk out how I would go about choosing.

I went with Mitsuboshi on mine because they my were OEM manufacturer for my car.

This is a guess, since GM owned Opel at the time, my guess is Dayco is the OEM for Opel. Dayco is a huge supplier for GM.

Another contender would be SKF. SKF is a company with some longevity behind it. And usually older brands are still around for a reason (unless of course you have personally heard horror stories about these brands).
