I drive a 2003 honda accord 2.4l 120k miles that treats me like crap. I am wondering do you think this oil additive will make my engine last longer?

No
Most of the additives don't do much for a good running engine in fact they might do damage. Don't know of any that enhance or extend engine life. There are some additives that can extend the useful life of a warn out engine for a short time but they are just band-aids and eventually a warn out engine will fail.
