Hey, Scotty, what do you think of the Gadgetman Groove throttle body mod and do you think it will help with my 2020 Georgetown GT7 motor home, V10 6.8, 6 speed gas engine in giving me better gas mileage, horsepower for getting up and through the mountains while traveling?
Also I'm thinking of doing the 5 star tune on it to give me better shifting in the mountains and horsepower for towing.

I'm suspicious of any products like these, particularly when their claims rely on testimonials rather than verification by comparison tests (preferably double-blind tests).
My advice to you, is any time you consider something like this, research it. I found everything I needed right on his hokey website.

On his website he says he sometimes grinds away too much so he seals it with adhesive!

The whole basis behind his mod is that
Once The Groove goes in, as it amplifies the pressure differential,
which is a load of nonsense.
He has zero test results to show that this "mod" does anything at all.
This has shyster written all over it.
