1999 F53 6.8 v10 moterhome issue

This class A rv has automatic Transmission.  It was stored for years, and fuel went bad. The gas tank, fuel pump/filter was replaced. They tried running sea foam, and cleaners through the lines, and got it running,  but barely. I acquired it, and drove it home(about 75 miles) at 45 mph top speed. I disconnected the catalytic converter,  but no change.  I then replaced fuel injectors, plugs, coils and fuel pressure regulator,  and it ran better, but still bogs down when accelerated,  and is hard to start. There are no codes, and no check engine light,  so it can't be any electronic sensors, right? Maybe the computer is bad? Any ideas?

There are no codes, and no check engine light,  so it can't be any electronic sensors,

What leads you to believe that? Have you analyzed live data to get an idea of what's going on?

Actually, no. My brother is working on getting a good scanner to do that and hopefully get some answers that way. In the meantime, I'm just trying to pick some brains, incase someone else has run into this issue.

Btw, it has 26000 miles on it.

If it sat unused for years chances are the fuel injectors are plugged up due to deteriorated gas. The lines may be clogged up as well. Cleaner dumped in the tank won't suffice under those conditions, the entire fuel system has to be cleaned out. Wouldn't be a bad idea to check other low-hanging fruit like spark plugs, air filter, check fuel pressure (new parts can be bad). Fuel pump could be weak and/or the pickup sock clogged up.

So, I connected a very expensive scanner up to the vehicle, and right away it gave an answer. The ecm is bad. I have one ordered, and hopefully I will have it in this weekend. And yes, I'm having it programed and flashed with the vin number. I'll keep the community posted!
