Hi, Scotty. Love your videos on YouTube. You've helped me several times over the years. My 2010 Nissan Armada Titanium (4wd) has started making a clunking sound SOMETIMES when I turn slowly/gently to the right, like into a parking lot from the road. It's only when I turn right, and only when I'm going pretty slow. The sound seems to come from the rear left, maybe the wheel area. It does NOT do it over speed bumps. It does NOT do it when turning left. Sometimes I would swear that it's related to the brakes, but sometimes I'm nowhere near the brakes when it happens. It's not all the time, so I don't know what to think. Seen it before? Any ideas?
Sounds like it could be the right rear CV axle going. Take a look underneath and see if the rubber boot is split and all the grease is coming out. If so shes a gonner.
Thanks much! I'll check on that.
Could be bad drive shaft u joints. Check for excessive play at the differential connection.
Thanks much. I'll check that, too.
