I went to the dealer and the dealer performed a 10,000-mile service, but they overtightened the oil drain plug, causing loss of oil while driving. I have documentation showing they admitted negligence in tightening the bolt. They offered a new car, but the “deal” turned out to be two more years of monthly payments to reach my current payoff amount on the lease on my current vehicle.
Welcome, new member. I should point out that the title is meant for only a short description of your issue, not the entire problem. After 250 or so characters, this site won't register anymore typing. It also makes more work for moderators. Luckily, you did state all of your problem in the description before you hit the character limit.
The text box below "Your Question" should be specific to your problem, not almost all of it in the title.
Did the dealership overtighten or under-tighten that oil drain plug? I edited your topic title and put the rest in the body of your question. I edited it a little bit. They are conflicting.
