Should I replace these parts?

I recently changed my oil on my '04 Town Country at 145,445 miles with no issues. There was a squeaky noise coming from the idle pulley upon startup and test drive after the oil change. I am going to change the idle pulley, belt tensioner and serpentine belt but I was wondering, should I replace anything else (water pump, power steering pump, etc.)? All of the parts are original.

Spin pulleys by hand with the belt removed to check for roughness and noise.

Only if they are making noise.

You probably splashed a bit of oil on the belt. Why else would it start squeaking right then?

Just clean it with some soapy water, or keep driving and it might stop on its own.
