I have a 2009 Nissan Sentra 2.0 about 134,000 miles automatic. Great car. I’ve replaced the belt and tension rod, all three motor mounts, outer tire rod ends sway bar end links, new shocks and struts. All new parts and it’s still has my engine rocking when I shift gears and making noise. The noise is louder when I let it roll in reverse. I’ve done the belt my self but the rest of the work was done at a shop. I just paid labor. All these parts where not replaced at the same time. Before i left the shop I made them show me the old parts they replaced. It’s cracked some. I check my car out and did some test. When the noise was still there I made them give me some some money back. I settled with half of the money back so not bad. Do you have any ideas? After watching your videos Maybe the sub frame, bushings or arms?

Check transmission mounts.

Is your car rusted to bits?

No it’s not rusted much at all. Still in grate shape underneath. I changed all three motor mounts so maybe I’ll look into transmission mounts?

The sub-frame bushings rattle on every old Sentra. I just learned to live with it on my 2007.

That makes more sense. It gets irritating though lol
