1994 Nissan sentra interior cooling fan not working

Hey so I have a 1994 nissan sentra and the fan stopped working about a year ago, but I've only just started trying to fix it myself, I've replaced the resistor and that didn't work, and I've replaced the blower motor and that didn't work. I've since checked with a multimeter set to volts if there's any power reaching the motor and there isn't, there is power reaching the relay though and the relay is working when I turn the fan on at the console. I'm wondering if this would be the wiring loom itself or maybe something in the console. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

You have power at the relay but do you have power coming out? I would swap the relay with another one and check for change. Check all fuses as well to be safe

Hi William. I'm not seeing a relay in your blower motor control circuit.

Let's start from the top. The Power Distribution Diagram.

Here's how the blower motor is wired. (Both lever controlled models and push button controlled models) ((they're the same with Power supply))

The power to the Blower Motor comes through TWO 15 amp fuses in your passenger compartment fuse box.

These two:

So make sure they're not fried and grab a test light to make sure there's power going to both sides of the fuses.

(a fuse can't fry if no power is going to it).

The way that blower motor circuit is protected I can't see how one of those 15 amp fuses could fry without the other 15 amp fuse frying too
