Wheel balance/ alignment issue

I bought a 2010 Lexus RX 450 h with 100000 miles. Everything is great about the car except from a vibration I get over 70 mph.

I live in Edwardsville IL and I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the auto repair shops here. After replacing tires and 3 tire balancing in different shops I still get vibration and I still hear the tires wobbling. I saw your video about wheel problems and I checked the front tires to see if they are loose. I told them that the front wheels are slightly moving when you try to move the horizontal (tire rods indication but instead after selling me new tires they tried to sell me socks and struts instead.
He had the audacity to tell me “ don’t expect this to be perfect it’s a 11 years old car “ Really?

instead of trying to find out what is the issue they just try to sell me all kind of unrelated things.

long story short, is there a good mechanic in St Louis area with specialty in balancing and alignment issues?

Thank you.

Well good luck finding a good balancing man I lost mine in Houston a year before I left Houston I couldn't find a really good one to replace them. But if anybody knows the good front-end shop in St Louis gives us a ring
