2006 Mitsubishi Endeavour AWD, I was driving one day to work came to a stop, stepped on the gas and heard a loud grinding noise. Car didn't want to move in any gear what so ever. Had to push it in nuetral. The engine starts up fine but does not move in rev, drive of lower gears. Replaced with another transmission, topped the fluids but now hear a grinding noise when shifting from rev to park. Other gears are ok but not moving issue still exits. Why am i hearing a grinding noise when shifting to park from reverse and no movement on drive, 2, 1?

you will need to inspect the rest of the driveline
