Hay scotty,
I have a 2015 Brown Kia Soul automatic that has 119500 miles. I know u often talk about kias not being a good car if made in United States or Mexico. However mine was made in North Korea. I change the oil every 5k or couple of months. Should I be worry about my car in the long run? Will it last longer if I take care of it?
Did you mean to say South Korea? All Kia souls were made at the Gwangju Plant in Gwangju, South Korea.

I would get rid of it while you can. You must be very lucky making that vehicle last that long without the engine blowing up or catching on fire.
Brown
... alrighty.

The way to check the condition of one of these is a dry/wet compression test and rotoscoping the cylinders.
It depends in 2015 the engines options were:
- 1.6 GDi - not great, but not horrible.
- 2.0 GDi - much less decent, pretty bad overtime.
If you drive it all very conservatively it may last, but that is not a given.
Does it burn oil? Does it sound like it's beginning to have piston slap?
If it doesn't burn oil, doesn't have piston sounds (just the typical Hyundai-Kia valve train sounds) - then it might last another 35k-40k, some even more (a lot of them don't looking at Hyundai Accents GDi and other failed engines on Hyundai's from the era, the average is 90k-120k cause they GDi engines on these are not great, and they don't get serviced enough)
However mine was made in North Korea
I DOUBT THAT.

Should I be worry about my car in the long run?
With any modern non-Toyota, you should worry about it when it's approaching 125k miles.
I'd say the average lifespan on a modern car, based on what I'm seeing, is about 150k miles.
Will it last longer if I take care of it?
Yes.
Frequent service (20k-30k tranny, 5k engine) and careful driving (easy on the gas) prolong the life of any car.
