Hey Scotty I recently bought a Mustang Gt350. I live in the north east so I’m storing the car for the winter. I was just wondering if you might give some advice on storing the car for winter (inside). Everyone seems to have there own opinion here. A lot of it contradictory. Ie to use Stabile or not? Slightly over inflate the tires etc... The car will be stored about 5 months and any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Keep it out of the rain, snow and sun, … but make sure it is well ventilated, and make sure it is not heated place! Those are primary requirements.
Next, block it up high enough that tires are off the ground. Level it properly so the body is not subjected to a twisting forces. Place a 6 mil plastic sheet on the ground that extends, … oh, about a foot or two beyond the perimeter of the car. Don’t cover the car with a car cover, … just use an old bed sheet if you don’t like dust collecting on the paint.
All above is to minimize condensation, … and if any does occurs, it is driven quickly by a moving air. Deadliest moisture to the car body is moisture coming from the ground and condensing on the car body and parts. Add a well fitting car cover to that and, … well, you just built a moisture trap and stuffed your car into it.
Now, mechanical: … change the oil, clean the whole car before parking it: inside, outside, underbody and suspension. Have a fuel topped up, add some fuel stabilizer. Connect a quality trickle charger to the battery.
Next, … it all depends what you intend to do during storage: periodic start up or just periodic turning it over by hand. Either method works.
I, for example, do both. Every so often, I do start the car and make it run like a "post turtle” exercise - go through all the gears, left to right and back turns on steering, apply brakes, work a clutch, fiddle with controls, watch all the operating parameters on my scan tool for entertainment. More often than not, however, I simple crank the engine with a socket and the long bar couple of cycles over, … make it rest at the different spot after.
That’s about it, … in a nutshell.
Best,
F.S.
Will it be stored in a heated facility? Will it be driven or ran at all?
