| 2008 Ford expedition cooling fan problems. | 13Relevance | 4 years ago | Blbuffington | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Hey everyone, my Ford expedition went in for a timing chain job and it came back with some cooling fan error codes. Namely (p0480 and p0528) cooling fan control circuit and cooling fan speed sensor. All my connections seem to be fine, my relay clicks in the box. I have a bidirectional scan tool (xtool Anyscan A30M). What do I do now? I hate to shoot the parts cannon but I also don't know if it'll be worth replacing the relay and seeing if that works. I also haven't been able to locate the speed sensor in particular. Any advice? Thank you very much! Btw, that shop closed its doors after the mechanic had a heart attack. He's just fine but he retired. | |||||

| 2012 Cherokee Air Suspension calibration with scan tool | 13Relevance | 4 years ago | kjbigslim | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| I am only looking for comments/responses from people that successfully re-calibrated the suspension on a Cherokee using a scan tool. I have properly filled the nitrogen tank to 175 psi behind the driver's side back seat, and attempted the fill procedure using the xtool D7 scan tool. This scan tool only gives me 1 actuation command, which lifted the back. I re-pressurized the nitrogen tank to 175psi and ran the fill procedure again, and it lifted the front partially before giving an error. I never got to the measurement part of the procedure, and again, I onl ... | |||||
| 2004 Honda Pilot SRS light with no codes? | 13Relevance | 4 years ago | Dougjrs | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Scotty, I have a 2004 Honda Pilot with 256k miles on it. The SRS / airbag light came on. I bought an xtool D8 to trouble shoot the problem and the full system scan comes back with no codes. ( all have “normal | no DTC”). Could the scan tool be bad or some issue that it can’t read? Any suggestions on what to look at? Doug | |||||

| Scan tool to read fuel pressure in 2013 Jeep Patriot | 13Relevance | 4 years ago | jamesfillion | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| ... there is no fuel rail Schrader valve. I have been leaning towards the xtool D8 for sometime. A church friend has a ODB2 reader, $5 K or so that PSI could be read and returned fuel pump nominal but could display the actual pressure. I was told that some manufactures hide or restrict some reading unless dealer is involved. Has your experience lead you to believe that this reader could read the PSI. The Jeep has some take off or acceleration issues. Around 90K miles, I replaced the spark plugs, coils, PCV valve which help the power delivery. I would like ... | |||||
