Would you pick the blue drive scan tool over the Xtool anyscan A30m?
Clarification: What do you need the scan tool to do for you?
I want the most capable of the two
On paper, it appears the XTool is better since it has more capability than the Bluedriver including a full-system scan (i.e. scanning every computer onboard). However, the XTool is a fairly new company based in China and I don’t see any offices in North America. As with Chinese companies, they usually overpromise but under-deliver. If you have to get technical support or send in the device for repair it appears to all be in China, which doesn’t bode well. I know Scotty raves about the brand, but I am not convinced of them yet. I would hold off.
I prefer to go with a more established company with better support structure - such as Bluedriver - but their tool does not perform a full-system scan. Autel or Innova would be better choices if you care about technical and warranty support in North America.

I totally agree. More often than not, those Chinese products are an exercise in frustration.
