I am looking for good quality, reasonably priced code reader/scanner that is capable of reading+clearing codes & CEL as well as providing live read-outs & parameters.. Are ICON products from Harbor Freight any good?? A good example of what I'd be using it for is to find the cause & solution for the rough idle (potential misfire) on my 2013 Silverado 2500 6.0 gasser which does NOT have a CEL illuminated.. Thanks in advance!
