Hi, I have a 03 corolla with nearly 200k miles. Its throwing the code P0440 for a EVAP system error. I replaced the gas cap thinking that it might be a cheap quick fix but that didn't do anything. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

P0440 is Evaporative Emission Control System Malfunction. You would have to end up replacing the purge solenoid or the canister is plugged.

$61.49 at AutoZone. evap purge valve solenoid.
