Replace the transmission or replace the vehicle.
Here's an attempt to rescue a 2005 Chevy Cobalt trans contaminated with antifreeze, though I think you'l be wasting your time and a lot of $$$ for transmission fluid to try anything like this...
even if you managed to get all the moisture out of the transmission and clean out the cooler, the friction pads on the clutches are ruined and will fall apart in short order. Water in the transmission is pretty much a death sentence.
As I recall, at the end of that video while the car was able to move under its own power the transmission was obviously toast and it would not have lasted long.
