I have an 07 Lexus ES350 that squeals when turning but only at speed. I did the whole siphon out the power steering fluid reservoir and fill it back up and then drive around and then siphon it back out and top it off again three times...the squeal still didn't go away. Its only when I'm turning at speed (doesn't do it when I turn the wheel while parked). And oddly enough, it's super loud when I'm turning right but barely audible when I'm turning left. Any ideas?

I've never heard power steering make a high pitched squeak like that. I think it's something else.
bearings, serpentine belt or pulleys, etc.
I just replaced the serpentine belt 3 months ago when I replaced the alternator and its still solid and tight. I hope its not a bearing in the pump or anything yikes
