08 Tundra hesitation/misfire

Scotty,
I have 08 Tundra 4x4, automatic, 5.7 with 183k on it.
It has developed a progressively worsening hesitation/shudder, like a misfire, that I have been dealing with for approximately 2 years.
At first it would intermittently happen at low rpm, under light acceleration, 35 mph in overdrive on a slight incline on my morning commute.
Adding injection cleaner (Lucas 16oz Fuel System Cleaner) would, at the time, temporarily “fix” the problem. (For aprox 3 tanks of fuel)
Changed out all the original ignition coils and plugs last year and everything worked perfectly for a few months.
Then it returned, now only slightly worse. The engine will shudder at stops while in gear or neutral, along with the shudder on acceleration up to freeway speeds.
This mostly happens on cold starts, but has been more frequent now whether warmed up or not.
The majority of my fuel is purchased from Costco.
I’m thinking that it’s injectors, but the intermittent part and coil thing has me scratching my brains.
Thanks
Btw, Love the channel, keep up the great work and good luck in your new home in Tennessee.
Take care,
Steve in Boise.

Well payday like me to hook up his dealer level scan tool and take it for a road test then the live and mode six data can be analyzed and a good mechanic like myself can figure out what is causing it the injector data could show it if it was injectors ignition data could show you need a lot of information it's much better than just guessing
