Hi Scottty, my fiancé has a 2009 Kia Rio with a a little over 115,000 miles on it. She has replaced the C4 cylinder several times and even switched it with another cylinder in the car but the car keeps coding for a C4 misfire. The spark plugs are newish. Could it be electrical?

Well it could be tons of things. The first thing I'd say change the ignition coil assembly on the number four. Pray it's just that and not an engine. Starting to blow a head gasket which it often is on those things. For that. Trying to video how to tell if your head gasket is blown which is on YouTube
