1966 Mustang coupe project car value

I have a '66 Mustang coupe, 289, 4 speed toploader I bought in 1975. It has been parked since 1979, most of that time in a garage. I planned on restoring it, but a serious injury prevents me from doing much on it. It has had some work done on it, but is partially disassembled (fenders off, trans out, interior out). It has all the parts, plus $2k+ of new parts from CJ Pony Parts, Highway Classics, NPD, etc. and an auto parts store rebuilt engine. It needs to be reassembled and painted. Body is good with only a couple rust spots and no major dents. Originally delivered to OKC, it's been in So Cal since I bought it in 1975 and for some period prior to that.
What sounds like a fair price?

Those things very so widely in their actual value depending on so many different things and since yours is not a put together fully running when you're going to get less for it. If you are you I would hire an appraiser to check it out see what he says
