No crank

1984 GMC 1500 no crank, radio, turn signals, hazard lights, or running lights. The truck ran perfectly two weeks ago; nothing now. Battery is fresh, dome light works. Could it be the ignition switch, a damaged or faulty relay, the ignition lock cylinder, or something else? Recently, I backed my 84 1500(not my daily driver) into my garage to park, as I was going to be away for a while. When I returned home, I went to start the truck and the truck cranked, but did not start (perfectly normal), as I traditionally have to crank it at least twice to get it to start. I rotated the key again, the truck cranked and again did not turn over. I rotated the key a third time and literally nothing happened; the starter doesn't engage to crank or start the truck (no click), there are no headlights, dash lights, turn signals, hazards, or even the radio when the key is turned to the on position.

My multimeter and charger both indicate that the battery is good to go and has a sufficient amount of charge, thus there is enough of battery. Other than a rough idle from sitting, the truck ran and drove without any issue until now. With the key in the ignition, rotated to the on position there is no action whatsoever, nor is there any power to the headlights, dash lights, turn signals, hazards, or even the radio...

Do the symptoms I've described and the video I have linked point to a malfunctioning ignition switch or perhaps a bad/faulty relay, an ignition lock cylinder, or something else? Previously, I was determined that it was the starter; however, the lack of headlights, dash lights, turn signals, hazards, or radio has me leaning towards a failure elsewhere. Thoughts on where to start?

Link to the video is below. If I need to post a more in depth video, or photos, let me know.

Thank you in advance!
