Topic starter
I just bought this Lexus private party, it’s a 1991 Lexus LS400, mileage 296,350, and it’s OBD1 so I can’t scan. The car idles fine when it’s warming up but as soon as it’s up to temp it begins to fluctuate in RPMs. I swapped the MAF sensor which did nothing, so I’m not wondering if it’s not gonna be spark plugs coil packs etc I’m gonna have to replace. I really hope it would just be a fuel pump issue, but I’m open to opinions. Thank you

Well lots of things can do it like fuel filter weak fuel pump catalytic converters that are starting to clog up so test don't guess pressure test the fuel pump have the catalytic converter pressure testing to see if it's clogged up
