What is your opinion on continuing to replace I do most my own work with a Jack and cardboard my car is currently having a major engine revving at idle 1000RPM to 3000RPM up and down I’ve already put a lot of parts into it new heater blower cv Axels all tie rods all ball joints alternator whole clutch assembly that was fun however while you’re driving it drives fine until you clutch to stop
Try my video make your car run better with a little spray cleaner it could be the throttle is sticking
after checking and cleaning the throttle body without improvements you might want to check/replace:
throttle position sensor and intake air temperature sensor.
if you have a variable resistor lying around (~50K OHM out of a volume knob of a broken speaker for example) you can hook it up to the cables of any one of them and see how the engine behaves while you turn the resistor slowly (engine has to be at operating temperatures for this experiment to be reliable). if there is a position at which the engine idles smoothly the original sensor might have gone bad, but now you would know which one.
if it still revs high, the ECU might have a failure.
