Hey Scotty and members,
I just picked up a Celica with 179,000 miles. Clean and runs good.
I’m wondering where the ECU is located to pair a key fob? Did the ST trim have a remote? It Has a red circle led on top of the steering wheel column, but it seems to be burnt out. I suspect maybe it does have a way to pair a key fob since it has that.

You can probably find this by looking at a Celica 1996 wiring diagram. Try looking that up on google.
