1998 Mercedes CLK 320 AC not working sometimes

Hey Scotty, my dads got a 1998 Mercedes CLK320 with over 215,000 miles. Once in a while, if the ac is on full blast and when you slow down or come to a stop, it will stop blowing. When you leave it on medium blast it will stay on for the most part. This happens randomly. Some days the ac works fine and everything is normal. The car does have a small freon leak, but freon was added about a year ago and the ac is cold. Could it be related to the blower motor?

Replace the blower motor resistor that often causes such a problem, but if not that generally means the blower motor starting to burn out

Hey Scotty, my dad ended up just changing the resistor and blower motor. Only took about 20 mins. AC works like brand new again. Thanks for the help!
