2001 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0 L, does not have a battery. Hopefully, there is some auxillary power, but if not, what precautions can I take to preserve the ECM?
What precautions can I take to preserve any ECM. What should expect the Jeep to act like when I reconnect a new battery?

I would hook up a battery memory saver to the OBDII port before replacing the battery so you don’t lost your settings. Scotty has recommended this in the past.
