So car has a p1250 amd a p1569 it doesnt run [expletive deleted] or anything but ive doen some research on it and apparently theres a way you can bypass it by plugging the hose that come from the manifold amd leave both selenoids open to leave a flap open all the time im not fond of thjis stuff and i dont have money and its my only ride id apprecaite any help regarding this situation

Well, you could try that, it sounds like something that would not cause any damage and could be easily reversed if it doesn't work. Other than that, here's a possible fix for Mazdas experiencing P1250:

@chucktobias ik im sorry i do have a question whats the affects long term with leaving the car as is
Not being familiar with your vehicle I don't know what the long term effects would be other than possibly failing emission inspection if you live in a state where that's checked.
