Hey scotty, I'm trying to diagnose my buddies 2004 Toyota Camry le with the 4 cylinder engine that has the check engine light on for a 1, 2, 3, and 4 cylinder misfire, and an o2 sensor fault. I changed out the spark plugs and coils a few months ago so I double checked those first and I do have 1 bad ignition coil and I took off the oil cap while it was running and there seemed to be a lot of pressure coming out of the crankcase.  I was going to check the compression next before looking at the injectors but I wanted to get your opinion first, I figured you could point me in the right direction.  Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Can you list the codes for us?

where you got all that pressure odds are it's got a blown head gasket start with my video how to tell if your head gasket is blown. It has to be something that affects all cylinders also pressure test fuel pump low fuel can do that ask can a bad mass air flow sensor

Awesome ur the man Scotty thank you

Hey Scotty I tested for a bad head gasket but it passed the test so the head gasket is good and I also tested the maf sensor but that also was working properly, I still have to check fuel pressure but should I be looking somewhere else since the head gasket is fine? Could it have skipped timing or something like that?
