Scotty, I have a 2004 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and the heat does not work. I have replaced the heater core and the heater blend door actuator and the heat still does not work. What should I do next? I think I need to replace the thermostat but not sure.

@jormoo
It is very important especially in the 4.6 to use a ford t-stat,also you may have air in the coolant system although not common in the 4.6,I would also make sure the water pump has sufficient flow.

Replace radiator cap and thermostat. Stant is a good brand for both. Thermostat can fail open, partially closed, or closed. Radiator cap holds pressure in system.
