Hey Scotty I have this 2004 Ford Mustang standard V6 with a 3.9L. I have 2 lean codes P0174 and P0171 changed mass airflow sensor with standard ignition part. Along with lower intake dorman, it has a magnaflow catylitic converter while manifold bolt on aftermarket because the oem were leaking badly and could not be welded. I also have one sensor going off with P2195. Need help with this one when vechicle is started in the morning and I go to work I hit the accelerator pedal and it will not accelerate. No misfire codes either. Trying to find the problem. When vechicle has been running for awhile it will then operate well.

so many mistakes after each other ...

changing parts without diagnosing is a no-no.

I don't know what ignition has to with airflow sensors. Is "standard ignition" a brand name? You should only ever buy OEM sensors.

Along with lower intake dorman

why? was there something wrong with it? Dorman is junk.

Well that would cause a lean code. Did you change the manifold gasket?

I also have one sensor going off with P2195.

what is P2195? Check one of the many website like obd-codes.com that offer step by step solutions.

@mmj, "Standard" is an old-school brand of ignition parts that has been around for decades. They used to be known for quality parts but like so many others these days sell mostly cheap Chinese junk.

Thanks. I don't think I've run across them.
