2004 Ford Ranger (standard cab) just two seats no seats in back or fold down, 3.0l V6 205k miles

issue that I’m having is the airbag light, abs sensor, and the horn are not working. Also the radio display doesn’t work but I’m not really concerned about that. Let’s start with the airbag light.

The code that is popping up on the cluster is code 27 (it flashes 2x pauses and flashes 7x). I looked it up turns out that means the PAD Switch to activate the Passenger airbag means the lights out in it. I re-soldered a new light and the light works!…but the airbag light is still on flashing the same code. Not sure if this is maybe a hard code on the safety restraint system and if so does it just need to be reset by a garage?

For the horn I thought it was a relay or something. But because I don’t have power windows or power mirrors my truck doesn’t need those relays that are usually in the junction box down by the passengers legs in the side panel. When I press the horn their is a clicking noise at the panel as if it’s trying to pull the contactors in from the relay that’s behind the junction box on the circuit board but I don’t know if it’s that or the horn or just a faulty ground. Have no clue.

the abs sensor is on and I don’t have a scanner to scan any of this stuff so I’m not sure what it is but I’m assuming that it’s the back differential because it’s leaking a little bit. I need a new plate and gasket for it but I think it’s that sensor.

thank you for you help and I hope to hear back soon!!!

If the problem is fixed, the light would stop flashing. Realize those are complex systems and without a bi-directional scan tool to analyze it. You're more or less guessing.
