Hello, 2004 honda accord LX 4 cylinder 270000 miles, last oil change at 250 miles and oil was really bad and level low, is anything i’m doing wrong?
Also I turn on the car when is cold and steering is hard and noisy any idea?

Assuming you mean 250K miles, not 250 miles, start changing your oil/filter more frequently. Change the oil and filter every 5000 miles and check your oil level regularly and do not let it get low.

Due to the age and mileage the steering is worn. Have a mechanic check/inspect the pump, rack and hoses.
