driver side floor trunk releases and gas door release not opening it have a key lock on it.how do i unlock it ? i let one of my friends us it and they locked so they to put the key in the key lock it will not unlock

i have a 2004 toyota solara it have the trunk release on the driver side with a key lock on it. Theres in key enter to the trunk. i let one of my friend use it and they used the key to try to open the trunk but they locked it. I tryed to unlock it with the key but it not unlock. how can i get it unlock it?

Open the glovebox. There should be something there.
