I’m working on a 2005 Ford Focus with 133,000 miles. It was running perfect and my neighbor had to park it due to health problems. After 5 months it wouldn’t start.  The battery was dead and 6 years old so I put a new battery in but it would barely turn over.  Tried jumping it off with my truck and smoked the starter.  So new starter later still doing the same thing. It will only spin about 1-2 times and stops. First thought was rusted rings so I pulled the coil packs and plugs and sprayed PB Blaster and left it for a few days. Then a few drops of oil and turned the engine by hand. It would only turn easy for 3/4 of a turn and then get hard. I’m at a loss.  Any ideas?
