2005 Hyundai Santa Fe-Electrical Shocks on Pedals

I have been getting electrical shocks when I press the brake and now accelerator on my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the pedal sensor and then the shock came through the steering column. This has been so painful that I cannot even drive the car anymore. I was told that the could be a short somewhere. I have taken my car all over the place and no one seems to be able to figure this out. This did have a SID device on it before and I am wondering if this could be related to this. I need help. I do not have a car to drive now because of this. The

the pedals, your shoes, and steering wheel are all padded in rubber and plastic. And you're sitting on a padded seat so even your body doesn't make a circuit. I don't see how you can be getting electrical shocks
